TELLERS (TR) : P/T, F/T, and floating positions. Provides exceptional customer service processing teller line transactions and responding to customer inquiries. Promotes all bank products and services. Minimum one year strong cash-handling experience along with excellent customer service and verbal communication skills. BRANCH MANAGER (BM): Primarily responsible for deposit and loan growth through active business development and community involvement. Accountable for effective management of the branch; ensuring proficient daily branch operations; hiring, developing, motivating and evaluating staff; monitoring branch security and compliance; ensuring exceptional customer service. Requires solid retail bank management experience; knowledge of commercial and consumer loan and deposit products; proven track record of successful business development efforts. STAFF AUDITOR (AUD): Assists with fieldwork on internal audits under direction of senior auditor. Compiles data and communicates results to manager. Candidate should have 1-3 years of banking/auditing experience, particularly in the areas of operations and/or loan documentation review. Knowledge of specialized lending areas (consumer, construction, commercial real estate and asset based lending) is a plus. Prior experience in bank finance or accounting is also desirable. Position requires the ability to assess a system of internal control, write and execute audit programs, strong orientation to take initiative, and proactive work habits to meet deadlines. Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills along with excellent communication and PC skills are a must. Requires degree in Accounting, Finance or related area. |
